I often listen to binaural beats when I study or feel in a state of anxiety or high stress. For the full article click on the link above. It induces a very quick state of calmness yet concentration at the task at hand. For me it also enhances motivation.
Binaural beats are two different frequencies played in each ear through headphones that induce a meditative state at a much quicker rate than other practices.
